Dr. Doaa Abdulkalig Aboalola

Bio:

Dr. Doaa Aboalola is an Associate Research Scientist with expertise in cell biology and stem cell research. She is the Deputy Head of the Research Training Academy at the King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC) in Jeddah. She earned her PhD and Master’s degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. Her research focuses on understanding stem cells and their potential applications in medicine. She has also contributed to many scientific publications and received multiple awards for her research. Beyond her research, Dr. Aboalola is passionate about training students and young scientists. She is actively involved in mentoring, organizing research programs, and promoting public awareness. Her goal is to help advance scientific knowledge, educate the public, and improve healthcare through research and education.
