Welcome to the College of Medicine (COM-J), the female branch of King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) in Jeddah.

At COM-J, our faculty and students are dedicated to cultivating knowledge and skills to produce highly competent doctors who will enhance the health of their society and advance the field of medicine.

In the Office of Academic Affairs, our primary focus is on implementing the medical program curriculum. This involves overseeing the academic calendar, as well as student assessment, with an unwavering commitment to excellence. We provide nothing less than top-tier education to our students. Our distinctive curriculum, which is problem-based, student-centered, and community-oriented, ensures that our graduates possess the necessary skills to pursue rigorous post-graduate programs both locally and internationally.

Inspired by the Prophet’s saying, “There is no disease that Allah has created, except that He also has created its treatment” (Bukhari 7.582), and guided by the verse from the Holy Quran, “And of knowledge, you (mankind) have been given only a little” (Quran 17:85), our students are encouraged to seek out the best evidence, explore new knowledge, and engage in research from the early stages of their training.
