Excellence Allowance Application

Faculty Excellence Allowance automated submission system is designed for COM-J faculty to submit the package requirements with streamlining the entire process for efficiency, accuracy, and ease of access. This system will facilitate the submission by ensuring timely email notifications and allowing transparent tracking of submission progress.

1. 1. The package should be completed and submitted through the system at least 3 weeks prior the Departments Meeting and College Council Meeting.
2. 2. The assigned administrative assistant in Basic Medical Sciences and Clinical Affairs departments will be actively involved throughout the process ensuring that submissions requirements are complete and ready for review.
3. 3. Upon submission, faculty will receive automated email notifications to confirm the receipt of their package submission. In case any modifications or additional information are required, the faculty member will be automatically notified via email highlighting specific areas requiring attention or needed modifications.
4. 4. A comprehensive guideline will be available including instructions on completing the necessary documents and retrieving essential information. Faculty members will also have access to tips on filling out the sections. (Guideline Here)

• Appointment of resolution of the current position
