Community service allows students to become active members of their community and has a lasting, positive impact on Society. It gives medical students a chance to renew their vision by providing opportunities to pursue old interests in a medical context. Through service, you gain their event to confirm those interests, identify new passions, and carve out roles that bridge former pursuits with clinical interests. Also, community service helps the students build communication between their colleges and different segments of Society, which will help increase and spread awareness.
The faculty members’ essential responsibilities are to guide their students to complete their path. Connecting the faculty with the students in the community service will increase their bonding and communication. This new relationship will build mutual trust between them. This will lead to increased support from the faculty and motivate the students.
